Less expensive, has a top layer of real wood and then multiple layers of fibreboard. If looked after, it will last for over 10 years.Laminate
Made in layers like engineered wood but it’s top layer is not real wood so it is the cheapest option for wood flooring, however it is very practical and looks great.
